Venue Hire

Our historic Church and adjoining Newlands Room are available for hire subject to meeting COVID-19 guidelines. Our spaces are used for everything from children’s dance classes, yoga, choir rehearsals and more.

 

Concerts

Organ recitals, choir rehearsals, jazz bands and everything in between use our church as a performance venue.

Meetings

We welcome a diverse array of groups and activities to use our space for meetings. We truly welcome all and strive to exclude none from our space. See if our church is right for your community meeting, music practice or private tutoring session (subject to availability).

For regular users storage hire is also available by arrangement.

Newlands Room

The Newlands Room is the ideal venue for meetings or group activities in air-conditioned comfort with a mirrored wall. This large room measures 5.7 metres by 11.4 metres and is adjacent to the Church with access on Barry Street.

  • microwave

  • refrigerator

  • air-conditioning and heating

  • 6 lightweight trestle tables (seats 8)

  • 4 white square tables (seats 4)

Hire the Church

Our historic church gives a touch of the majestic to your event and with couches and coffee tables at the rear, a touch of comfort and modernity. Use of the Newlands Room is also included in the hire of the church.

The church is also fully air-conditioned.

Users are required to complete and sign a User Agreement.
